I bought a used FS pack from you a few months ago. I've used it several
times and I really like it a lot. It fits both of my hard-to-fit llamas
extremely well. It stays put on their backs , and it seems really
comfortable for them.
Mary V, Colorado 1/12 First of all, I wanted to let you know that I absolutely love the side-release buckles in the three halters that I ordered from you last time. They have proved to be very safe, quick and easy to use! The halters as well are perfect. Kaylee D, Washington 1/12 I had a girl who did not put on enough weight after nursing her cria last year and wore [the coat] from the day it arrived, January 5, until about the second week in March 24/7. I checked the coat daily but there was never any loosening or shifting...it worked great. She also was in great shape when spring rolled around thanks to being warm and toasty all winter. I really would like to thank you again for all your work with the first coat and now the cria coat. I would much rather give my business to you instead of some large supply house. You have no idea how nice it is to know be able to talk to you directly and know that you put pride in your work. I only wish more businesses in this country were run like yours! I believe she is much more comfortable with this pack. Your advice and

Vanessa R, Arizona 10/10 I can't tell you how elated I am about the new coats that you engineered for my llamas Oreo and Sunny. I placed them on them and they fit perfectly, they are easy to install, very light weight and very durable because the boys wore them for three days while it rained sideways, I mean it poured hard, I went out the fourth day and they were dry on the inside and on the outside, I was amazed that the coats kept them dry. I also want to thank you for the engineering the neck warmers for my boys. They will keep their necks warm, especially since I shaved the llamas necks so short like it did. I want to say thank you for making all six of my llamas glow in the dark halters and lead lines to match, they will look great in the parade next month.

The packages arrived Thursday and Friday which was perfect timing. The new
pads seem to fill out the old saddle well. We will test drive it this evening.

I know a gal who has put more than fifteen years in on three saddles for a
month every September packing all over (Wyoming, PCT etc.). The saddles are
still in great shape and the panniers just have needed minor repairs here and
there. She also has used them for training etc. year round......NOW that is
lasting (-: Absolutely Flaming Star.... developed in the
early '90's by Sid Lilienthal
who spent years in research and testing to produce the finest llama pack
... humane, quick, no brainer saddle used by
the best packers and outfitters who won't settle for less than the very best....

with

I really like the colors! The brown is a really rich brown which goes very well
with the green. Good choice! We wish you a very Merry Christmas…you

Wanted to let you know that we got the boots; they fit
well. My llama and I had an interesting time negotiating application, but it
has successfully been mastered. Llama and I thank you; should give her a
little cushion and keep her feet nice and dry to allow them to heal.
